Responsibilities
• Manage and schedule training materials and sessions, including administration of the learning management system and orientation training.
• Manage training inquiries and ensure compliance to current training matrix requirements and updates.
• Communicate training metrics effectively and adapt to changes in work plan, priority, and management decisions.
• Participate in improvement initiatives, look for opportunities to enhance work productivity and efficiency, and work cooperatively in both individual and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain up-to-date certifications and training requirements for the role, consistently complete assignments on time without compromising quality, and adhere to organizational quality policy guidelines and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
• Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience.
• A combination of education, experience, and time in field will be taken into consideration, and internal candidates may have distinct requirements tailored to their demonstrated skills and contributions within the organization.
• Robust background in coordinating and organizing comprehensive technical training initiatives with a proven track record in facilitating seamless training logistics with a strategic mindset.
• Excels in managing training schedules, resources, and participant communication as well as ensuring the smooth execution of technical training programs.
• Proficient in learning management systems, strong interpersonal skills, and effective collaboration among various stakeholders.
