About this position
Responsibilities
• Plan and implement a full-day, year-round, developmentally appropriate curriculum including weekly themes and lesson plans, inclusion of theme-related materials, and rotation of toys and equipment on a regular basis.
• Provide a safe, responsive, stimulating environment by actively engaging oneself in daily activities and routines.
• Form and maintain professional relationships with parents and families.
• Assess all areas of development of children using the Eclectic Curriculum.
• Develop a progress report for each child. Conduct two parent-teacher meetings per year with each family.
• Responsible for supervision and direction of Assistant Teacher.
Requirements
• Pendidikan S1 (Pendidikan Mandarin lebih disukai).
• Menyukai anak-anak dan kreatif.
• Diwajibkan mampu berbahasa Mandarin secara aktif (Lisan & Tulisan).
• Mampu berbahasa inggris secara aktif (Lisan & Tulisan) merupakan nilai plus.
• Memiliki pengalaman mengajar di Pre-school minimal 3 tahun lebih disukai.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di cabang kami (Scientia Square Park, Green Lake City).
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in preschool/kindergarten/ childcare setting.
• Good command in English, Mandarin orally and written.
