About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop engaging and original scripts for TikTok videos and live streams.
• Ensure scripts align with brand messaging, target audience, and platform best practices.
• Oversee the creative aspects of live streaming sessions, including setup and execution.
• Coordinate with hosts, guests, and related teams to ensure smooth and engaging live content.
• Develop innovative concepts to enhance live streaming experiences.
• Monitor and analyze content performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Utilize data to guide content strategy and ensure alignment with audience preferences and platform algorithms.
• Create regular reports to share insights and recommendations with the team and stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Creative Producer, preferably with a focus on social media content.
• Strong understanding of TikTok platform, trends, and audience preferences.
• Experience with live streaming production and management.
• Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
