Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support our business goals and align with market trends.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
• Brand Development: Strengthen and enhance our brand identity through consistent messaging and positioning.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, PR, and events.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration and performance.
• Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
• Analytics and Measurement: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, finance) to ensure alignment and support marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years in marketing strategy development and execution.
• Strategic Planning: Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.
• Market Research: Strong skills in conducting market analysis, consumer insights, and competitive assessments.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficient in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of working effectively across teams and departments.
