Senior Strategic Brand & Marketing Communication
About this position
As a Marketing Communication Lead, you're lead of the marketing communication team. You'll be responsible for making sure that the company's marketing efforts are effective and help the company achieve its goals. You'll need to be creative, strategic thinking, know when to compromise and be a good leader.
Responsibilities
• Setting the direction: Working with senior management and brand owner to decide the overall marketing goals and how to achieve them.
• Building the brand: Set a marketing campaign and activities that will make the company look good and attract customers.
• Managing the team: Overseeing a team of marketing professionals, assigning tasks, and ensuring they meet their goals.
• Measuring success: Tracking the results with data, sales and growth of marketing efforts and making adjustments as needed.
• Budgeting: Managing the marketing budget to ensure that money is spent wisely.
• Developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies.
• Creating and managing the marketing budget.
• Overseeing the creation of marketing materials such as advertisements, brochures, and content.
• Managing social media and public relations activities.
• Analyzing marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in brand management and marketing communications, with proven leadership capabilities.
• Strong ability to develop and implement effective brand strategies aligned with business goals.
• Expertise in digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., SEO, social media, analytics platforms).
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
