About this position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ads Optimizer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Ads Optimizer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on Google, Social Media (Facebook, Instagram) and MarketPlace (Shopee, Lazada and TikTok). Your goal will be to drive exceptional results, improve campaign performance, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

• Digital Advertising Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms
• Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize ad campaigns to maximize performance and achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Budget Management: Effectively manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to spending targets.
• Audience Targeting: Develop and implement audience targeting strategies to reach and engage the right audiences, utilizing data-driven insights.
• Ad Creatives: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that drive engagement and conversions.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad variations, landing pages, and other elements to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to maximize advertising capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on Google, Facebook and Market place (Shopee, Lazada and TikTok)
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Familiar with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Supermetrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
