Responsibilities
• Digital Advertising Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms
• Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize ad campaigns to maximize performance and achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Budget Management: Effectively manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to spending targets.
• Audience Targeting: Develop and implement audience targeting strategies to reach and engage the right audiences, utilizing data-driven insights.
• Ad Creatives: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that drive engagement and conversions.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad variations, landing pages, and other elements to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to maximize advertising capabilities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on Google, Facebook and Market place (Shopee, Lazada and TikTok)
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Familiar with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Supermetrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
