About this position
Responsibilities
• Assist the R&D team with daily administrative tasks.
• Organize and maintain project documentation, including reports, manuals, and test results.
• Collect, input, and manage data from research and development activities.
• Create and update databases for raw materials, prototypes, formulations, and specifications.
• Ensure effective communication and follow-up on project timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with suppliers for samples, technical information, and other R&D requirements.
• Ensure that all R&D activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Maintain and organize records related to regulatory approvals, intellectual property, and product testing.
• Manage the procurement process for R&D materials and supplies.
• Maintain inventory of lab equipment, consumables, and materials.
• Track the progress of ongoing R&D projects and prepare periodic status reports.
• Assist in coordinating trials, tests, and evaluations as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in an R&D or technical environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with R&D processes and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Team player with a collaborative approach.
