About this position
The Public Relation & Affiliate Executive is responsible for developing and executing PR strategies, managing affiliate marketing campaigns, and creating engaging content to enhance the company's image and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities
• Public Relations Management: Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company's image, including crafting press releases, managing media relationships, and coordinating press events.
• Affiliate Program Development: Create and manage affiliate marketing campaigns, recruit new affiliates, and build strong relationships with existing partners to maximize revenue and brand exposure.
• Content Creation & Distribution: Generate compelling content for press releases, blog posts, and social media that align with brand messaging and engage target audiences.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze PR and affiliate program performance metrics, preparing reports and recommending strategies for improvement based on data insights.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure PR and affiliate initiatives align with overall business goals.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in PR and affiliate marketing to proactively adapt strategies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in PR and affiliate marketing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in PR tools and affiliate marketing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in conducting live commerce streaming in social commerce platforms especially TikTok, Shopee, Lazada will be advantageous.
