About this position

As a Product Development Specialist, you will be responsible for turning product ideas into tangible outcomes. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, such as manufacturers and suppliers, to develop innovative and high-quality products aligned with our vision. You will manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely delivery and market readiness.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product ideas and translate them into actionable development plans.
• Research market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor offerings to ensure product innovation and market relevance.
• Work with designers and suppliers to create product mock-ups, prototypes, and initial samples.
• Identify and liaise with factories and suppliers for production.
• Oversee product testing phases to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring product development milestones are achieved.
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost-efficiency throughout the development process.
• Gather feedback from internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to enhance future product development efforts.
• Stay updated on industry innovations and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in product development, sourcing, or manufacturing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
