About this position

The People Associate with a focus on recruitment, business partnership, and HR operations plays a critical role in managing talent acquisition, supporting HR functions, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This position works closely with the HR Manager and CEOs to ensure effective recruitment processes, seamless HR operations, and strategic HR initiatives that drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR Manager, CEO, and each department to develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers, ensuring seamless onboarding and candidate satisfaction.
• Act as a business partner, providing HR support on workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.
• Oversee HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and HRIS management.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager and CEO on strategic HR initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing HR processes and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in recruitment, HR business partner, and HR operations.
• Proficiency in understanding business operations, goals, and industry trends to effectively align HR initiatives with organizational strategies.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing employee development and engagement initiatives within agile teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and squad structures, demonstrating the ability to operate within cross-functional, collaborative environments.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing OKRs and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Collaborative team players committed to driving positive change within the organization.
