Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Check stock levels in stores and ensure timely replenishment of products on shelves.
• Coordinate with the warehouse or supply team to ensure out-of-stock items are restocked promptly.
• Identify and report low-stock or out-of-stock situations to the relevant teams.
• Arrange products on shelves in an organized and visually appealing manner according to company guidelines.
• Ensure all items are correctly tagged with updated price labels.
• Set up promotional signage, displays, and marketing materials as directed by the marketing or sales team.
• Monitor and ensure promotional items are stocked and displayed prominently during campaigns.
• Conduct regular visits to assigned stores to check on product availability and presentation.
• Perform audits to ensure compliance with company merchandising standards.
• Collect feedback from store staff or customers about product placement and presentation.
• Provide reports on stock levels, product performance, and any issues encountered in stores.
• Communicate with store managers and the internal team to address challenges or implement improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management or retail operations is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure shelves are well-stocked and displays are accurate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with store staff and internal teams.
• Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
