Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and motivate the live streaming team to achieve performance targets, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality live sessions that meet business goals.
• Develop, implement, and oversee live streaming strategies, managing end-to-end processes, including scheduling, budget allocation, and timeline adherence.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external Brand MCs, ensuring they are fully briefed and aligned with brand objectives and live session goals.
• Track and analyze live stream performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and sales conversion, to identify opportunities for improvement and report results to stakeholders.
• Oversee commission tracking and work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing for Brand MCs.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to design and enhance live stream content, making sessions engaging, informative, and aligned with brand standards.
• Partner with the e-commerce team to develop and execute effective promotional strategies for TikTok Shop and other live commerce channels.
• Maintain a deep understanding of live streaming trends, tools, and audience preferences to implement innovative practices and continuously enhance the live experience.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
• Proven experience in live streaming operations, digital content production, or related fields.
• Proficient in live streaming platforms, particularly TikTok, and a solid understanding of live commerce and influencer marketing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and budgets effectively.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and analyzing key metrics to optimize performance.
• Creative thinker with a passion for live media, innovation, and audience engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities and new challenges.
