Live Operations Executive
About this position
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Live Operations Executive to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of live streaming, real-time services, or customer engagement platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of live sessions, maintain high-quality standards, and drive operational excellence to enhance the user experience.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to script and plan live stream content.
• Manage the setup, execution, and breakdown of live streaming sessions, including equipment, software, and platform management.
• Coordinate with vendors, brand partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of live sessions.
• Plan a live-streaming calendar in alignment with agency, marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
• Monitor live stream performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless operation.
• Track and analyze the performance of live streams and content to improve future sessions.
• Serve as the primary host (MC) for live-streaming sessions, showcasing products, engaging with the audience, and answering questions in real time. (Only Campaign day / D-Day)
Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in live-streaming operations, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in performance tracking tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the fashion industry is a plus.
