• Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and partnerships.
• Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and events to promote brand awareness and forge new relationships.
• Oversee cross-border operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations in foreign markets.
• Monitor performance metrics for international business activities and provide regular reports to leadership.
• Prepare and manage budgets for international operations and projects.
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost-saving and revenue growth.
• Forecast and achieve sales and profitability targets for international markets.
• Ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and local legal requirements.
• Collaborate with legal teams to manage risks and resolve disputes.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals involved in international operations.
• Collaborate with regional managers and internal departments to align international efforts with company objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in international business development, sales, or market expansion.
• Proven track record in managing cross-border operations and achieving revenue targets.
• Experience working with diverse cultures and managing international teams is a plus.
• Strong understanding of global markets, cultural differences, and international trade dynamics.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade laws, customs regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to negotiate, build, and manage strategic partnerships and contracts.
• Expertise in global market research, strategy development, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and conducting financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across cultures.
