The Digital Marketing Executive (Content/KOLs) is responsible for creating engaging content, managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and executing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support sales growth. This role combines creative and analytical skills to effectively manage content strategies and influencer marketing.

Content Creation and Management
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
• Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various digital platforms.
• Monitor content performance and optimize strategies based on analytics.
KOL/Influencer Management
• Identify, approach, and onboard influencers/KOLs that align with the brand’s image and target audience.
• Negotiate contracts and manage collaborations with KOLs to achieve campaign objectives.
• Track and measure the performance of KOL campaigns, ensuring ROI and alignment with marketing goals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
Market Research and Trends
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and influencer marketing strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis and provide recommendations for improving campaigns and content.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or KOL/influencer management.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Analytical skills to measure content and campaign performance.
• Experience working with KOLs or influencers in a similar role.
• Understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
