Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate and develop innovative personal care and home care products, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer preferences.
• Create and optimize formulations for various product categories, including lotions, creams, shampoos, conditioners, and cleaning agents.
• Conduct rigorous stability, efficacy, and safety testing on formulations to ensure product performance and consumer safety.
• Monitor product performance over time and make necessary adjustments to formulations based on feedback and testing results.
• Ensure that all products comply with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in cosmetic and household chemical regulations and incorporate them into product development processes.
• Research new ingredients, technologies, and formulation techniques to enhance product performance and sustainability.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and ingredient manufacturers to identify and evaluate innovative raw materials.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, quality assurance, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• Provide technical support and guidance during product formulation, scale-up, and production.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for all formulations, including ingredient lists, safety assessments, and testing protocols.
• Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and management.
• Participate in product improvement initiatives, analyzing consumer feedback and performance data to drive enhancements.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or related field.
