Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Partnership Acquisition:
• Identify and approach high-profile influencers and content creators to collaborate with Plantae.
• Develop tailored collaboration proposals to align with influencers' strengths and Plantae's brand objectives.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers to ensure ongoing collaboration.
• Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive partnership experience.
• Campaign Coordination:
• Work closely with internal teams to execute influencer campaigns seamlessly.
• Monitor campaign progress and ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon timelines and quality standards.
• Strategic Planning:
• Stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities to work with emerging or established influencers.
• Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing collaboration strategies to maximize ROI and brand visibility.
• Reporting & Evaluation:
• Track the performance of influencer campaigns, measuring metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Prepare reports and insights to inform future partnership strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or a related role.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of social media platforms and influencer content trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Thai and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
