Responsibilities

• Represent the company and its subsidiaries in court for all litigation matters.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and ensure seamless case management.
• Provide expert advice on litigation, including commercial contract breaches and labor law disputes.
• Support internal teams with legal matters related to contracts and commercial law.
• Prepare and review court documents, including plaints, motions, and defenses.
• Lead and mentor a legal team, including paralegals, to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law with a valid license to practice in Thailand.
• 7–10 years of experience in litigation and court proceedings.
• Strong knowledge of civil, criminal, or administrative law is a plus.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to travel nationwide.
• Proficiency in English is a bonus for this role.
