About this position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer to ensures the accomplishment of production procedures, quality procedures, and equivalent production equipment. Also be support for problem solving the issues that relating to the production.

Responsibilities

• Improve existing manufacturing methods to increase efficiency and improve quality
• To implement improvements to processes and methods.
• Control and follow operation process and work instruction.
• Analyze defects and solve problems about quality and production yield problem.
• To perform the manufacturing engineering function for special projects, production lines, cost reduction, and continuous improvement through analytical approach.
• Develops and implements optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications, safety requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of all Engineering documents (Drawing, WI, Process flow chart, etc.).
• New graduated is welcome.
• Able to communicate in English
