Responsibilities
• Safety Awareness: Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety awareness and compliance with all safety regulations and best practices within the production environment.
• Production Management: Oversee daily operations of the production area to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Machine Improvement: Evaluate and enhance the performance and reliability of machinery and equipment.
• Planning: Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer demands.
• Program Management: Lead and manage various programs and projects to drive operational excellence.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet high-quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in production or operation management within manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in process improvement, machine improvement, planning, and quality control.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to navigate and manage internal organizational dynamics effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
