Customer Service Officer
About this position
PJ Chonburi Parawood Co., Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their fast-growing organization, which is the largest home goods exporter in Thailand's wood industry.
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email and chat.
• Help and support customers on a daily basis to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Cooperate with internal teams; Production, QA and other related teams to solve customer problems and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives, and then follow up to ensure resolution in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Anticipate customer needs, potential problems and seek out ways to enhance customer service processes so that to increase customer satisfaction and win customer hearts.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and keep record of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in any fields
• Has at least 1 year of CS experience
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Service mind, customer service orientation
• Good communication, accountability and responsibility
• Problem solving and decision-making ability
• Able to communicate in English
