About this position

The Chief Engineer is responsible for the development and planning of projects, utilizing industrial engineering knowledge to enhance production processes and ensure effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Development and planning of the project.
• Use IE knowledge and techniques to develop and improve the production process including tools and accessories.
• Improve performance and method to work effectively.
• Control the work of IE section.
• Coordinate and cooperate with related parties in order to make IE work smoothly.
• Prepare work instructions after setting the new process for owner to use.
• Design new work processes or install new machines or equipment.
• Testing of new machinery or equipment.
• Summary of project and present report to superior.
• Work as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineer or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in industrial engineering or improvement engineering.
