Business Development Team Leader/Chief
About this position
To manage and build strong relationships with distributors, ensuring sales budgets and strategies are effectively implemented.
Responsibilities
• To manage and build strong relationships with distributors including reviewing their sales performances.
• In charge of sales budgets planning & A&P planning for customers and achieve the sales budgets for both sales and A&P.
• In charge of developing sales strategy including new market entry plan and analysis, introduction of new products to customer and negotiation with customers.
• Implement local sales and marketing strategies by adjusting to local realities according to the headquarters strategy.
• Coordinate well with internal departments (including Pigeon group company) and act as tight liaison with external parties.
• Prepare monthly sales report, stock forecast, sales & profit analysis report.
• To issue the quotation and price list for distributor.
• To response and follow up customer feedbacks and complaints.
• Ensure distributors update plan and execute in a timely manner.
Requirements
• At least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SAP or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented and customer-oriented with strong business sense.
• Strong analytical thinking and management skills.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Good command in both written and spoken English.
