The Senior Derivatives Sales position involves building strong relationships with clients and investment consultants to maximize sales volume, providing training and market insights, and driving product adoption and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
• Build a strong relationship with ICs and clients to maximize sales volume by understanding their interest and in-depth knowledge of investment products.
• Organize regular training sessions with ICs and seminars with clients on derivatives products to enhance their investment decision-making.
• Visit clients with ICs and elaborate product features especially structured products.
• Collaborate with traders and research teams to deliver market insights and innovative solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Create engaging marketing content that highlights the advantages and applications of our derivatives products.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes, providing timely advice and updates to clients.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.
• 2 years of experience in derivatives sales or a related field, with a focus on structured products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively.
• Strong understanding of equity derivatives and structured products.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
