About this position
Responsibilities
• Build strong relationships with Investment Consultants (ICs) and clients to maximize sales by understanding their needs and demonstrating expertise in investment products.
• Organize regular training sessions for ICs and seminars for clients on derivatives products to support informed investment decision-making.
• Accompany ICs to client meetings, presenting product features and benefits, especially structured products.
• Collaborate with trading and research teams to provide market insights and innovative solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to promote product adoption and drive revenue growth.
• Design engaging marketing materials that highlight the advantages and practical applications of derivatives products.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to provide timely updates and advice to clients.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus but not required.
• A foundational understanding of financial markets, equity valuation, and investment concepts.
• Familiarity with equity derivatives and structured products is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive and motivated attitude toward learning and client engagement.
• Trading experience and familiarity with technical analysis are considered a plus.
• No prior work experience is required; new graduates with strong interest in financial markets and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
