About this position

The Presales Engineer (Consultant) position requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in IT technologies, particularly in the IT Security industry, and have experience in designing IT solutions and consulting on IT Security products.

Responsibilities

• Designing solutions, creating solution presentations, and preparing bid proposals.
• Meeting with customers or potential customers to identify and understand their needs.
• Providing appropriate solutions in a timely and effective manner.
• Delivering presentations related to the solutions/products offered.
• Receiving and finalizing RFP (Request for Proposal) submissions.
• Following up on and monitoring bid/tender processes.
• Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with principals.
• Identifying the best products/solutions for customers.
• Directing, leading, and monitoring Proof of Concept (PoC) activities.
• Overseeing the delivery process until payment is completed.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Presales Engineer.
• Knowledgeable and up-to-date with IT technologies, particularly in the IT Security industry.
• Experience in designing IT solutions.
• Experience in consulting on IT Security products (VA, SIEM, Network Security).
• Experience in presenting products and solutions to clients.
• Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
