Account Manager
About this position
The Account Manager is responsible for fulfilling sales targets, monitoring the sales process, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective solutions.
Responsibilities
• Fulfill sales targets according to the segment.
• Monitoring the entire process of product sales going well up to the payment stage.
• Presentation and coordination with internal product support, and development engineers.
• Understand business processes in general and consultative sales skills.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum two years of experience in IT Solution Company.
• Pre-existing relationships with potential customers are a definite plus.
• Have database/customer list coverage from the existing account.
• Able to provide solution skills for future customers.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and meet established goals.
• Personally motivated, aggressively goal-oriented focus.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
