About this position
Responsibilities
• Acquiring new logos (clients)
• Achieving the company’s expected targets
• Delivering the best service according to the company's culture
• Maintaining and fulfilling all clients or business partners
• Building good relationships with clients/non-clients
• Prospecting new logos and identifying decision makers
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in BPO sales
• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and public speaking
• Possesses leads of companies needing BPO Contact Center services
• Knowledge in the field of contact centers or BPO business
• Ability to quickly learn new things
• Familiar with the development of contact center technologies (such as omnichannel, AI, etc.)
• Target-oriented
