About this position

The System Analyst/Business Analyst is responsible for managing and resolving all application issues within the company, coordinating with users to gather requirements for system design and development, and creating and maintaining documentation for various IT processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve all application issues within the company such as ERP, WMS, B2B, E-Commerce
• Coordinate with users to gather requirements for system design and development
• Create and maintain documentation for Test Case, Test Scenario, Work Flow, System Flow, ER Diagram
• Test programs
• Design, manage, and maintain company and branch databases
• Create, modify, and develop reports as assigned
• Train, guide, and create user manuals for company applications
• Other project tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Application Support
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Software Development Skill and basic SQL skill
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, Databases, and Applications
• Basic IT skills (Windows, MS-Office)
• Experience in Windows, SQL Server
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting complex IT issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analysis skill
