About this position
The Marketing Admin will be responsible for coordinating marketing plans and campaigns, monitoring their effectiveness, maintaining relationships with partners, conducting market research, and overseeing marketing projects including advertising and sales promotion.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate marketing plans and campaigns
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns
• Check and report on competitors' activities and market trends
• Maintain relationships with partners and internal and external organizations
• Conduct market research to reach new markets
• Coordinate and oversee marketing projects including advertising and sales promotion
• Brief and supervise the team in creating various marketing materials such as PR (Online/Offline), videos, audio, newsletters, etc.
• Perform other assigned tasks
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Knowledge and understanding of content creation
• Good interpersonal skills, self-confidence, good personality, and high sense of responsibility
• Skills in communication, coordination, and negotiation
• Resilience and ability to manage tasks in urgent situations
• Ability to work well in a team
• Proficiency in using document software and basic editing
