About this position

Position เจ้าหน้าที่รับออเดอร์ลูกค้า (Telesale) ทำงานที่นครปฐม involves receiving customer orders through various channels, keying in orders, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating with relevant teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders through Mail/Line/Phone
• Key in orders according to received instructions or product lists, selecting order status based on importance
• Respond to LINE messages from customer representatives and agents, key in and record product lists into the computer system, propose and sell YP products to customers, coordinate chat responses with customers and representatives regarding products, coordinate other matters with relevant teams in case customers report through Tele

Requirements

• Male/Female, Bachelor's degree
• Ability to sell and use basic computer programs
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Knowledge in pharmaceuticals, medical products, or medical equipment is a plus
• Good communication and customer service skills
