Data Stewardship Reporting Hub Analyst (Contractor)
About this position
The consultant will provide key services in Commercial Operations, Data Management, and Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
• Build, maintain and monitor data across key channels and tools.
• Drive India-APAC data points across key projects.
• Analyze the data using statistical methods and generate useful business reports.
• Set an automated process, ensuring systematic updates can be done easily and creating dashboards.
• Use data to create models that depict trends.
• Budget management and monthly submissions.
• Support launch of key commercial channels for Emerging Markets.
• Follow-ups and regular monitoring of tasks assigned to the team.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and other regular reports.
• Plan, organize and execute regional meetings, as required.
• Assist in preparation for large/small key yearly meets/celebrations.
• Provide general support to visitors and key international leadership visits.
• Adhere and monitor the financial budgets defined for various programs and activities and the budgeted vs. actual costs of the programs.
• Central point of co-ordination across India-APAC on key projects.
• Drive key projects across India-APAC by engaging different stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
• 3-6 years of project management and Data Analytics experience.
• Must have working experience applying Python or R.
• Experience in Visualization and Power BI with reporting and Analytics.
• Proficient in MS Office skills-Data Management/mapping, SQL, Advanced Excel.
• Excellent Communication & analytical skills.
• Strong orientation towards planning / execution excellence.
• Strong communication skills, to be able to summarize and present project updates to leadership.
• Fluent in Thai and English is required.
• Enterprise/Global experience.
• Flexible to work outside of local time zone.
