Responsibilities
1. Distribute Relations and Negotiation:
● Connect with key distributors in the Thailand market and negotiate favorable terms.
● Manage distributor relationships for optimal performance.
● Meet sales forecasts and targets to support the business plan.
● Regularly contact current customers to build relationships.
● Negotiate transaction conditions with customers.
2. Recruitment and Team Building:
● Develop an organizational chart for team building.
● Build a cohesive, high-performing team.
● Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Good command of English
• Experience in sales, at least 1 year in Pet food industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
