Quality Engineer
About this position
The Quality Engineer is responsible for managing non-conformities in the QMS system, leading investigations, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
Responsibilities
• Manage non-conformities in QMS system from the recording of the issues to the completion of the investigation and the implementation of the corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain master list of non-conformities.
• Analyze recurrence and classification of non-conformities.
• After having register the non-conformity or complaint, lead the team that will identify their potential root cause and scope.
• Closing of NC according to plan to complete quality objectives proposal.
• Issue customer complaint report and communicate with the quality team at the headquarters in France once the investigations are completed.
• Lead of customer complaint analysis and engage with all relevant personnel to perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain customer complaint lead time for responding to customer within timeline as indicate in procedure.
• Prepared and maintain of customer complaint satisfaction and feedback file then report to QMR.
• Monitoring and reporting quality-related key performance indicators.
• Improvement analysis on non-conformities and customer complaint and execute with team.
Requirements
• Working experience: Minimum 3 years in QC or QA function,
• Specific skill/knowledge: Able to use computer (excel, word, power point), have good knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO17025 (plus skill)
• General knowledge: Good command in English.
