About this position

The Quality Control Engineer is responsible for validating test methods, coordinating with external partners, monitoring product quality, and supporting data analysis for quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Validation of test method for physical and functional test and validation of measuring equipment or machine concerned by coordination with Quality Control Engineer.
• To have coordination with Peter Surgical (PSI) including testing for support a special test.
• Sampling product at outside company when any request from Peter Surgical including communication and coordination with outside company and Peter Surgical for any concerned.
• Monitoring of residual gas on product.
• Control and maintain Physical and functional testing and inspection, for example needle attachment control, tensile strength control etc.
• Support data analysis and testing data for root cause investigation of NC and customer complaint.
• Improve and excuse validation testing method of quality control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in QC or QA function.
• Able to use computer (excel, word, power point), have good knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 17025 (plus skill).
• Good command in English.
