Sales Support / Sales Administrator (English Speaking ))
About this position
The Sales Support / Sales Administrator position involves supporting overseas sales activities, managing customer accounts, and ensuring timely processing of sales orders.
Responsibilities
• Support overseas sales activities and order procedure
• Coordinate with overseas trade marketing team to complete sales order sheet and quotation for customers
• Handing sales-related problems from enter new orders, track orders, investigate shipping issues and manage customer accounts.
• Responding to customer complaints and questions
• Making sure orders are processed on time
• Maintaining an organized filing system for sales and administrative documents
• Creating and processing sales in a timely manner
• Coordinate with other department such as Overseas Coordinating & Loading Department, Export Document Department to complete sales order
• Update customer database with sales orders, delivery, and payment details
• Support and prepare sales report
• Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
• At least 1-2 years of experiences in Sales Support or sales administration
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experienced in Export or Trading business
• Good command in English both written and verbal communication
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skill
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Problem solving, Time Management and Organization
