Key Account Executive/Manager (Multiple Levels Based on Experience)

Responsibilities
• Develop strategies to optimize pricing, gross-to-net, and trade promotion budgets.
• Analyze sales, promotions, and market trends to identify opportunities and enhance performance.
• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth with key accounts.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts, including evaluating marketing campaigns, reviewing business plans, and addressing sales and operational challenges.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activities, identify new business opportunities, and recommend strategies to capitalize on them.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principals by sharing market insights, business strategies, and resolving product or business challenges collaboratively.
• Prepare and review marketing and sales reports, such as Campaign Evaluation Reports, Market Reports, and Sales Reports.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in modern trade, hypermarket, or supermarket sales.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A “can-do” attitude, practical creativity, and a strong commitment to delivering results.
