About this position

The HRBP Manager for Export & Overseas is responsible for providing consultancy on human resources issues, managing HR operations throughout the employee life cycle, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provided consultancy to Line Manager & Employee in term of Human Resources issue.
• Manage & control human resources operation against employee life cycle (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit).
• Plan & execute HR strategy to support business strategy.
• Ensure the HR operation practice align with company policy.
• Understand the business operations (Export & Overseas) and support operational other roles within the HR team as required.
• Ensure our hiring team is able to meets their workforce / business needs.
• Be responsible for the Manpower Planning & Recruitment for the key business unit.
• Responsible for all recruitment process since sourcing, advertising, interviewing and offering the job in timeline period.
• Ensure the quality and efficiency of recruitment processes such as interview evaluation, test & assessment, etc.
• Prepare report in responsible function to monitor recruitment performance and ensure recruitment progress is on track.
• Act as a focal point of contact to support and advise the designated business unit in relation to Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Training and Employee relations, etc.
• Provide support to the designated business unit in terms of employment legislation and dispute resolution.
• Provide and support HR’s activities and other projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Management or any related field.
• 10 year's experience in Human Resources Management Role.
• Good command of English communication.
• Ability to handle multi-tasks at one time.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Can work under pressure, dynamic person, high responsibilities and working ability to meet the deadline.
