Responsibilities
• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to achieve sales targets across multiple channels, including setting sales targets and activities, with monthly reviews.
• Plan and implement promotional activities, such as in-store displays, signage, events, and campaigns, to enhance product awareness and drive sales performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret sales data using system tools, identifying gaps and opportunities, and effectively communicating insights to the sales team for alignment and improvement.
• Perform sales analysis and generate comprehensive reports for management to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Support the sales team by analyzing sales results and activity data, offering insights to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
• Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and aligned with financial and strategic goals.
Requirements
• Proven experience in trade marketing, sales, or category management within the FMCG industry, with a focus on Modern Trade channels.
• In-depth knowledge of category management, shopper insights, and promotional effectiveness.
• Proficiency in trade promotion management tools and data analysis software.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong budgeting and project management skills, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
