Brand Designer - Beverage
About this position
Responsibilities
• Leverage global design & design thinking to help build greater affinity and awareness of our brands - accountable, alongside BU and sector leads.
• Lead design programmes as per Asia BU Design AOP, for STING and REVIVE as priority projects.
• Illustrate and execute global best practice - award winning design - global and regional.
• Generate creative design proposals (sketches, scenarios, concepts) in order to visualize the desired output and share with internal and external team members.
• Participate in research activities and effectively translates customer needs into actionable design requirements.
• Continue to strive for best practice design outcomes with marketing teams - act as active consultant and partner.
• Approval of final design outcomes and producton sign off - accountability.
Requirements
• 6+ years of brand design experience on regional brands in FMCG.
• Extraordinary design taste and ability to realise world class design solutions across multiple applications and comms platforms.
• Ability to clearly articulate and visualize their thinking to design and marketing partners, reporting to senior leaders across the function.
• Ability to manage projects independently, contribute to strategic design making, and win awards.
