About this position

The Legal Supervisor is responsible for handling corporate law matters, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with Thai law while managing various legal domains.

Responsibilities

• Handing of corporate law matters such as company formation, applications, representative office registrations, etc.
• Handing legal matters and advising the company on Thai law.
• Serve as the Data Protection Officer (if assigned)
• Participate in negotiations and discussions with internal teams and external
• Conducting legal research and prepare legal opinions.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice across various domains including data privacy, competition law, criminal law, labor law, and intellectual property.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Law
• A minimum of 4-5 years’ experience as a lawyer.
• Experience in labor, personal data protection and business law, including litigation is a plus.
• Excellent communication skill, both writing and speaking, in Thai and English.
• Ability to handle cases independently with minimum supervision.
