About this position

The QC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes in the factory, ensuring product quality, and managing nonconformities and customer complaints.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility of Quality assurance and Quality control at factory.
• Maintaining and ensure the quality of products before delivery to always have quality.
• Ensure the quality of material incoming, in process and finished goods products.
• Handling with nonconforming processes or products to lead to corrective and preventive procedures.
• Handling customer complaint issues including analyzing the cause, corrective and preventive action to customers.
• Controlling and calibrating measuring equipment and recording calibration results to ensure accuracy and compliance with the quality system.
• Coordinate with other departments in the factory and external institutions to calibrate the measuring instruments as planned.
• Training on the use of measuring tools for new employees or production operators to be proficient at all times.
• Maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000 and Safety.
• Other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในด้านการควบคุมคุณภาพ
