Sales Manager (Pet Food Business)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Establish and develop Modern Trade strategies in term of channel strategies, merchandising, planogram, promotion and pricing in modern trade channel.
• Manage sales team of Modern Trade & Traditional Trade Market
• Propose and implement the annual category strategy assortment, promotion plan and trade deal on a customer basis
• Ensure the sales strategies have been executed to match with the market/customer opportunities and company resources.
• Analyze the market trends and sales performance for overall improvement in order to be competitive in the market
• Plan and set up effective sales and marking strategies to attract potential product buyers and consumers
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or related field
• At least 8-10 years of experience in Modern Trade channel, Traditional Trade Chanel, FMCG business or Pet Food business is preferable
• Good strategic thinking and well-planned in execution
• Good in analytical, category management skill, negotiation, presentation and people management skill
• Strong leadership capability to manage both customer and internal team expectations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related data & statistical programs.
