About this position

The Regulatory Affairs Section Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory legislation and guidelines in Thailand and international markets, managing product labeling and registration processes, and facilitating communication between various teams.

Responsibilities

• Keep up-to-date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines in Thailand and International markets
• Establish product label & claim requirements in compliance with those of origin and destination countries
• Conduct registration process with targeted markets and support teams with exportation documents
• Update regulation database and documentation for internal records and government registration
• Liaise with R&D / Supply Chain/ Ops team or key stakeholders to ensure smooth transition of information & practices

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher in Food Science/ Food Chem or related fields
• Track record of Regulatory Affair work in the Food industry (Human and/or Pet platforms)
• >5 year experiences in the fields
• Mature & polite, with collaboration sense
• Attention to details, Analytical thinking with good problem solving skills
• Knowledgeable with attention to details on regulatory & labelling requirements
