Responsibilities
• Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, print, and in-store.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content that reflects the brand's voice and vision.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
• Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach.
• Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing brand events, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
• Budget Management: Support the management of the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and marketing efforts.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
• Basic graphic design skills, including experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
