Responsibilities
• Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies that reflect the brand's luxury positioning.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive insights specific to the luxury sector.
• Ensure the brand's messaging, visuals, and tone align with its identity and resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-end marketing materials, campaigns, and events that embody exclusivity and sophistication.
• Design and execute customer-centric campaigns to build loyalty and create exceptional brand experiences.
• Leverage CRM tools to develop personalized strategies for VIP and HNWI (High-Net-Worth Individual) customers.
• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating digital, print, event marketing, and influencer partnerships.
• Manage collaborations with luxury media outlets, influencers, and brand ambassadors to enhance reach and credibility.
• Plan and oversee luxury events, launches, and experiential marketing initiatives that align with brand prestige.
• Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and event organizers.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, ensuring KPIs and ROI are met.
• Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals to achieve excellence.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in the luxury brand or high-end retail industry.
• Exceptional knowledge of luxury market dynamics, customer expectations, and premium branding strategies.
• Expertise in digital marketing, social media, CRM systems, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to manage high-budget campaigns and deliver measurable results.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing relationships with luxury media outlets, influencers, and external partners.
