Responsibilities
• Supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive cover & revenue.
• Key duties include managing social media and digital campaigns, creating promotional content, and coordinating events to showcase F&B offerings.
• The role involves analyzing market trends, engaging with customers and partners, and ensuring consistent branding across all platforms.
• Collaboration with internal teams and providing support to the Marketing Communications team in daily tasks are also essential responsibilities.
• To be flexible in your job function and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you, including redeployment to other departments/areas if required, in order to meet business demands and guest service needs.
Requirements
• Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Public Relations or Marketing Communications.
• Has minimum 2 (two) years experience in a similar position in Food & Beverage industry.
• Previous experience in independent outlet restaurant are advantages.
• Strong in leadership and business acumen.
• Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills.
