The Sulawesi Customer Business Development position involves identifying opportunities, formulating strategies, and developing business channel plans to drive growth in the area.
Responsibilities
• Identify opportunities, formulate strategies, and develop business channel plans (CS GT/MT/Local E-Commerce) in stores.
• Lead and oversee the execution of channel business strategies and plans, evaluating implementation results to develop new strategies and plans that are increasingly relevant in achieving common goals within the channel and stores.
• Lead and oversee the optimal development of Store Leaders (SL) to enhance team capabilities, enabling effective implementation of channel business strategies and plans.
• Identify potential new routes to market and customer/store opportunities that could become sources of new growth in the area.
• Responsible for team development (Supervisors and Store Leaders).
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop execution plan recommendations.
• Experience in handling CS GT, LMT, or Locomm channels is preferred.
• Willing to be placed in Sulawesi.
