About this position

The Robotic Process Automation Engineer will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to design and implement RPA solutions that enhance process efficiency and align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation.
• Assist in designing RPA solutions that align with business goals and improve process efficiency.
• Develop, configure, and deploy RPA bots using industry-standard RPA tools such as SikuliX, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Participate in the testing and debugging of RPA workflows to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
• Assist in deploying RPA bots in production environments, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RPA solutions, addressing any issues that arise.
• Document RPA solutions, including design specifications, development processes, and user guides.
• Stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and best practices to continuously enhance your skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python, .NET, C#, or Java.
• Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., SikuliX, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, JSON) and APIs is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Internship or academic projects related to automation, software development, or IT are highly regarded.
• Experience with database technologies (SQL, Postgrsql, Mysql) and scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
